Evoking the various figures depicted within this series of Renaissance tapestries, color accents of deep blue and red are drawn forward in highlighting 16th-century arms and armor from the Museo e Real Bosco di Capodimonte. The exhibition culminates in the immersive viewing of a continuous historical scene depicted across seven tapestries, each totaling roughly 27 by 14 feet. Figures woven amidst shimmering gold and silver-wrapped threads in the tapestries are featured as silhouetted figures on the exhibition labels, inviting visitors to engage with the tapestries in a playful, informative manner by seeking out these elements.
