Exhibition Design
The design of this exhibition required creating a series of intimate spaces to exhibit 23 works by drastically reducing the footprint of a large gallery space via volumes of negative space that define four main thematic sections. The hues of the walls darkened as the viewer engaged with the central, large pieces of the show, while catching glimpses of lighter hues at the start and end of the show. Rose-colored butcher paper was used as a special treatment throughout to highlight significant artworks.
